Defense of Midgulf Ltd against the Groupe Chimique Tunisien

Kammoun & Kallel successfully advised a London UK based Company (Midgulf Ltd) in a damages claim brought by Groupe Chimique Tunisien (a public owned company) before Tunisian courts, while the sale contract provided for a London arbitration.
